ViaCon Group AB (publ) publishes approved bond prospectus in anticipation of admission to trading of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 4 November 2021, ViaCon Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued senior secured floating rate bonds in an amount of EUR 100 million (the “Bonds”).

For the purpose of the listing of the Bonds, the Company has prepared a prospectus that has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on the Company’s corporate website: www.viacongroup.com.
Admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to take place on or about 26 January 2022.

Den 4 november 2021 emitterade ViaCon Group AB (publ) (“Bolaget”) seniora säkerställda obligationer med rörlig ränta till ett belopp om 100 miljoner euro (“Obligationerna”).

För noteringen av Obligationerna har Bolaget upprättat ett prospekt som idag har godkänts av Finansinspektionen. Prospektet finns tillgängligt på Bolagets hemsida: www.viacongroup.com.
Upptagande till handel av Obligationerna på Nasdaq Stockholm beräknas ske omkring den 26 januari 2022.
