Patrik Nolåker

The Chairman

Patrik has a broad international experience from over 30 years in various industrial companies.

During his career he has worked extensively with organic growth, M&A as well as restructurings. His last operational position was as Group CEO for Dywidag-Systems International (DSI). DSI is a product provider to the construction and mining industries worldwide and is today split in two separate groups.

Prior to DSI he worked as Group CEO for the elevator manufacturer Alimak Hek and previously held various leading management positions within Atlas Copco and ABB. Patrik holds a B.Sc from Karlstad University and a MBA from Maastricht School of Management.

Elke Eckstein

Elke Eckstein has more than 35 years of industrial experience in the field of Semiconductors, Electronics and Photonics. From 2019 until end of 2022, she served as President and CEO of the Swiss Enics Group, now merged into the largest industrial EMS in Europe under the GPV brand.

Previously, she held multiple top-level management positions in leading global companies including Operating and Digitalization Officer as well as head of Business Division Cabinet Products at Weidmüller Group (2013-2018) and COO of Osram Lighting (2008-2013), before that at AMD/Global Foundries, Altis Semiconductors and Siemens/Infineon.

She is member of the Board of Directors at Jenoptik, KK Wind, Saferoad, BE Semiconductor and U-Blox. Ms. Eckstein holds a degree in electrical engineering from Siemens Academy; her key competencies are in corp. governance, operations as well as digitalization. Her passion lies in talent development and mentoring.

Gunilla Spongh

Gunilla Spongh, born in 1966, has served as a member of the Issuer’s board since 2021.Current assignments outside of the Group include, inter alia, Member of the Board in Byggmax Group AB and Meds Apotek AB.

Krzysztof Andrulewicz

Krzysztof Andrulewicz possesses rich experience that spans across over more than 25 years with a focus on Real Estate and Construction working i.a. as CEO Poland at the market leader Skanska that successfully delivered mega projects like A1 Motorway (PPP 150 km) or the development of Złote Tarasy (220.000 m²). Subsequently in 2018, Krzysztof became the CEO of Archicom that is traded on the stock exchange and produces 1500 units per year of residential properties and is also the developer of top commercial properties. The company has become no. 5 in the residential business in Poland over the last two years and has transformed from being a local leader into a countrywide operational unit. Archicom has also successfully divested from two commercial projects. Now Krzysztof is responsible for the development of Chinese business (construction market in Poland/ infrastructure area), he works in China Railway Construction Corporation represented in Polish market by Aldesa. Krzysztof is known for his leadership and delivering transformation processes at a big scale (8000 FTEs / EUR 1+ BN) to achieve modern, lean and efficient business structures. Additionally, he also has experience in working in smaller organizations, implementing cultural changes, defining vision and strategy and new business models. He has also served on Supervisory Boards in Norway, Finland, Czech Republic and the globally operating Skanska ID; Krzysztof has started cooperating with the top private equity fund FSN Capital from Norway and has advised them on two Supervisory Boards – Saferoad AS in Norway and, currently, on the Board of ViaCon AB in Sweden. He graduated from the Wroclaw Technical University in 1993 and obtained an MBA in 1996. He has also completed courses at IMD Switzerland, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and the Academy of Leadership Psychology.

Moritz Madlener

Moritz joined FSN Capital in 2021. Prior to this, he spent over 3 years in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs, most recently as associate in the firm’s New York office.

Moritz holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Denver (DU). During his time at DU, he was part of the university’s college ski team competing on a national and international level.

Niclas Thiel

Niclas joined FSN Capital in 2016, and has in total more than 15 years’ experience of working in investment and investment banking roles. Prior to FSN Capital, he was an investment professional for seven years at Bain Capital in London and Investor AB in Stockholm. Before moving into investment roles, Niclas was working in investment banking at Carnegie in Stockholm. He holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. During his studies, he conducted internships at the Swedish Trade Council/Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam and Lehman Brothers in London.

Ulrik Smith

Ulrik has business restructuring and strategy development experience from McKinsey & Company Inc. in Toronto, Canada and venture capital experience from Venturepark Incubator in Berlin, Germany. He also has investment management experience from Goldman Sachs International, London, UK and financial experience from Citigroup Inc. Chicago, USA. Ulrik holds a Bachelor in Economics and Management with Great Distinction, ranked 1 in his class from McGill University Montreal, Canada and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
